Verwendung als Kältekompresse:

Ca. 2 Stunden ins Gefrierfach legen, danach ist die Kompresse einsetzbar.

Um Kälteverbrennungen zu vermeiden, sollten Sie den im Set enthaltenden Schutzbezug um die Kompresse legen und mit dem Klettverschluss befestigen.

Verwendung als Wärmekompresse:

Ca. 5 - 10 Minuten in fast kochendes Wasser legen. Auch hier zur Vermeidung von Verbrennungen den im Set enthaltenen Schutzbezug um die Kompresse legen und mit dem Klettverschluss befestigen. Nicht in der Mikrowelle erhitzen!
